Trout fishing is another special interest and has culminated in co-authoring a waterproof trout fishing guide and has had fishing images published in books and magazines.
He also offers guided trout fishing trips and tours to central North Island fisheries.
Recently he travelled to Alaska to salmon fish and photograph the rugged beauty of this immense northern most state of the USA. The fishing, scenery and surviving a bear encounter on the famous Kenai river were unforgettable.
Through co-operative arrangements, Neill teams up with several other well known photographers to offer a wide range of photographic and tutoring services.
